PSA - Customer Response Times

We're currently experiencing an unprecedented demand for Customer Support services, in particular for help regarding the new NXT client. If you've already contacted us about an issue please allow 48 hours for our reply.

Our team works 24/7 but currently our response times are not as fast as usual and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Whilst our written responses may be taking a little longer than usual, our other support services (such as account recovery) are still running within the normal response times, which are typically processed within a few hours.

Thank you for your patience - we're doing everything we can to get back to players as quickly as possible given the huge volume of contacts we are dealing with.
