[22/01] Account Recovery System - Resolved
All account recovery systems are currently unavailable, this includes automated recovery by email and manual recovery by web form.
We are investigating this issue as a priority.
Anyone who has successfully submitted a recovery request will be processed as normal, we will update this page with more information as required.
Naturally we apologise for this disruption to our account recovery service and any frustration this issue may cause.
UPDATE: Issue resolved at 14:50 22 January 2018 - all recovery services now working as intended
