Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis entirely at the discretion of Jagex. We will be happy to review a refund for any desktop purchases that haven't been used within the last 6 months. This includes:
- Membership provided you have not logged in game since it's been active
- Treasure Hunter Keys, Bonds or RuneCoins which have not been used
We're unable to issue refunds for purchases made on the Mobile app. Please contact Google Play to request a refund.
