Need a refund on membership or an item you have not used?

Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis entirely at the discretion of Jagex. We will be happy to review a refund for any purchases that haven't been used within the last 6 months. This includes:

  • Membership provided you have not logged in game since it's been active
  • Treasure Hunter Keys, Bonds or RuneCoins which have not been used
