We will be happy to review a refund for any unused purchases made within the last 6 months. Except where required by law, all refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis and will be at the sole discretion of Jagex.

If you pay by SMS please be aware that content purchased using Boku is non-refundable, please contact Boku about this.
