Didn't receive my Loyalty Points

Please check the following:

  • Your membership has re-billed correctly
  • You are supposed to receive your points today
    • You can track your loyalty points by logging into Solomon's Store and then clicking on 'My Account' in the top right corner. You can even find out when you will receive your points and how many you will get
  • You have purchased membership for the correct account
    • Please ensure any new purchases of membership have been applied to the correct account.

Incorrect Loyalty Points Receieved

Have you experienced a lapse in your membership which has reset your bonus points to back to zero?

TIP: If you are using a recurring method of payment, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account within 3 days of the re-bill date.
