Didn't receive my Loyalty Points

Your loyalty points will be credited to your account on the date on which your active subscription was created each month. For example, if you purchased membership on 1st January, your next set of points will be added on 1st February.

Not received your Loyalty points?
In order to receive loyalty points please make sure:

  • Your membership has re-billed correctly
  • You are supposed to receive your points today
    • You can track your loyalty points by logging into Solomon's Store and selecting 'My Account' in the top right corner. You can even find out when you will receive your points and how many you will get

  • You have purchased membership for the correct account
    • Please ensure any new purchases of membership have been applied to the correct account.

If you are using a recurring method of payment, you'll need to have sufficient funds in your account 3 days before the re-bill date.
