iDEAL: Making a Successful Purchase
You can use the 'Step by Step Guide' below if you want to see the correct way to make an 'iDEAL' payment, or the 'Common Questions' section if you have already tried to make a purchase, but something has gone wrong!
Important - iDEAL payments are only available to players in the Netherlands - if you are based in a different country please check out payment methods available to you.
How to make a successful 'iDEAL' purchase
iDEAL provide players with a quick and easy way to make purchases from our site directly from your bank account - handy if you do not have a PayPal account, or your credit/debit card at hand.
Please follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1- Select the type of purchase you want to make
You can navigate to the purchase screen by clicking on Subscribe on the RS homepage, or by following this Package Selection link (be sure to login to the right account)!
Step 2- Select you package & iDEAL payment option
- Select the iDEAL payment option
- Select your desired package
- Click Continue to iDEAL
Step 3 - Select your Netherlands bank
- Select your bank from the list
- Click Continue
Step 4 - Follow the on-screen steps to process your purchase
- You'll notice that the 'iDEAL' logo will be displayed as you follow the on-screen steps
- Once you have completed all steps, your payment will be made to Jagex
Important - This process will vary slightly, depending on your bank.
Step Five -Payment Confirmation/ Receipt
You'll receive a confirmation that your purchase has been successful, and the item/membership will soon be added to your account.
Important - please allow up to 72 hours for your payment to be processed by your bank. As soon as we have received funds, your purchase will be processed on to your RS account.
