Common PayPal Issues
Follow these steps if you receive an error while making a purchase with PayPal:
1. Make sure you have confirmed your email, phone number & bank card/account with PayPal via their My Account screen.
2. Check you have funds available on your PayPal account & linked bank cards/accounts
3. There are sufficient cleared funds in your bank account.
4. Contact PayPal to see if they have any specific advice about why your purchase attempts have failed
