How to redeem a Prepaid Card
Before you activate your card there are some exceptions you should be aware of.
- Prepaid Cards can't be redeemed for promotional packages such as Premier Club.
- You are unable to stack Prepaid Cards & they will only be redeemable for packages to the value on the front of the card.
How to redeem your Prepaid Card

Scratch the silver panel from the back of the card to reveal your unique PIN Head to the Prepaid Card redemption page |

Log in to your RuneScape account & enter the PIN |

Select your required package & hit 'Redeem' |

Be sure to check the name of the account you are logged into by looking at the top right corner of the screen for the character name the purchase will be applied too!
