Earning rewards
You can earn Treasure Hunter keys and RuneCoins by engaging with a number of special offers that are provided by our partner RevU.
To earn RuneCoins:
- Log in to Solomon's store
- Press the 'Earn' button
- Complete an offer or survey
To earn Treasure Hunter keys:
- Head to the Treasure Hunter minigame via the in game lobby
- Press 'Get Keys' and then 'Earn Keys'
- Complete an offer or survey
Once you have completed an offer, your reward should be delivered to your account after the required processing time.
Didn't receive reward
There could be several reasons why you haven't received your rewards, the most common of which you can view here.
If you have reviewed the above and it does not apply, please contact RevU directly. The RevU team are much better suited to help, as they have full access to your details.
To contact RevU:
- Access the offerwall interface (steps 1-2 above)
- Select
to view your recent activity
- Press 'Get Help' next to the offer and submit a ticket
The RevU team should reply within 21 working days - this is often much shorter. RevU will need time to discuss your claim with the relevant advertiser.
