Common Pre-Paid Card Issues
Unable to redeem your Pre-Paid card?
If you're struggling to redeem a Pre-Paid Card, please make sure you're following these tips:
- Check that you have entered the PIN correctly on the redemption page
- Ensure that the card has been activated by the store where you made the purchase (they will need to see the receipt they gave you upon purchase)
- Check all known RuneScape accounts in case you have already used the card on a different account
If you are receive an error when trying to redeem the card, or if you have managed to scratch out the PIN when removing the protective silver layer, please contact us. For a speedy resolution, please make sure to provide the following screenshots hosted on a trusted site like Imgur:
