Common iDeal Issues
Follow these steps if something has gone wrong whilst trying to make an iDeal purchase.
Note: Until Jagex receive your funds, only the iDeal team can investigate your purchase attempt, as it will not show up on our systems until it has been processed successfully.
1. Check that your attempt to purchase via iDeal was successful.
2. Allow a full 72 hours for your iDeal payment to be processed to us (bank transfers can take up to 72 hours to complete).
3. After 72 hours, check all known RuneScape accounts in case you made the purchase on a different account than you thought.
If you are still having issues, contact the iDeal support team who will be able to advise you on your purchase attempt.
