Why is my purchase pending?

As iDEAL processes your purchase requests directly from your bank account, payments to Jagex can take up to 72 hours to process. If you want to check the progress of your purchase request, please head over to the iDEAL site or speak with your bank.

If you can see on your bank statement that funds were removed to be processed for a Jagex purchase, but 72 hours have passed and you still don't have your goods - don't panic.

Before you contact a Customer Service specialist, it's worth checked all of the below first: 

  • Were you accidentally logged into an alternative account when you made your purchase?
  • Are you certain that the payment went through successfully from your bank?
  • Have you allowed 72 hours for your bank to process the payment?
