Common Amazon Issues

Follow these steps if you cannot find items that you have purchased successfully from Amazon.

  1. Allow up to 1 hour for your purchase to be delivered to your RuneScape account.
  2. Within Amazon check Your Games and Software Library > 'Linked Accounts' for all associated RuneScape characters.
  3. Check all your RuneScape accounts to see if you purchased on the wrong account

If your Amazon purchase attempts are being rejected, please follow Amazon's onscreen advice as to what you need to do to make a successful purchase.
