Common Amazon Issues

Follow these steps if you cannot find items that you have purchased successfully from Amazon. 

  1. Allow for up to 1 hour for your purchase to be delivered to your RuneScape account.
  2. Check the names of all Linked Accounts you have associated to your Amazon account (go to Amazon > Your Account > Your Games & Software Library > Linked accounts)
  3. Check all RuneScape accounts to see if you purchased on the wrong account

Note. If your Amazon purchase attempts are being rejected, please follow Amazon's onscreen advice as to what you need to do to make a successful purchase.
