I haven't received a reply
There are a few possible reasons that you may not have received or seen a response from us after submitting a ticket through our Support Centre.
Replies may take up to 48 hours, so if it's not 48 hours since you contacted us, you may need to wait for our reply.
During busy periods, replies might take longer than 48 hours, we will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
If you submitted your contact through a form, we will reply to the email you provided on the form. Please check your spam / junk folders and our page on what to do if you're not receiving our emails.
If you have already submitted a Ban Appeal and it has been denied, we will not respond further to any contacts regarding bans.
