I haven't received a reply
There are a few possible reasons that you may not have received or seen a response from us after submitting a ticket through our Knowledge Base.
Replies may take up to 48 hours, so if it's not 48 hours since you contacted us, you may need to wait for our reply.
If you submitted your contact through a form that requested your contact email address, you will likely have been contacted on this email address. Check your spam / junk folders and our page on what to do if you're not receiving our emails.
Forms submitted through your account when logged in will be replied to through your Message Centre. When a reply or message turns up in your Message Centre, you'll see a notification on the Message Centre icon in the lobby.
If you do receive a reply to your Message Centre, you won't receive an email about this.
If your account has been banned, please be aware, we will not respond to any appeals or contacts regarding bans.
