Community Helper Team

Community Helpers are regular members of the community who go above and beyond to support players through our official Forums and Twitter channel.

What Community Helpers do
Community Helpers aid the Jagex Player Support team by:

  • Providing players with helpful links to the Support Centre
  • Assisting with regular or common issues
  • Issuing practical advice and tips
  • Acting as a friendly point of contact should you need help as to where to go for support.

Forum Mods can also do the following:

  • Lock and unlock threads
  • Hide threads
  • Move threads

To ensure our helpers are providing the best possible service, they're issued with a set of guidelines and are regularly provided feedback by Jagex.

What Community Helpers can't do
Whilst endorsed by Jagex, Community Helpers can not:

  • Remove offences
  • Review or edit account settings
  • Bypass regular security

How do I become a Community Helper?
Community Helpers are currently selected by an invite only process.

We look for super friendly and knowledgeable people who are active on either Twitter or the Forums (or both)!

Please be aware that we never contact players in-game or direct them to a website to register to become a Community Helper. If you come across this, make sure you don't provide any details as it is a phishing scam and could compromise your account.

Who are our Helpers?
Most Community Helpers can be recognised by their in-game Community Helper title, which also displays on the forums.
