How to view ticket requests
To view your ticket requests to Jagex Support, you need to log in using a Jagex Account. This allows us to show all requests across all games and characters. You'll continue to receive ticket updates via email, even if you don't have a Jagex Account.
If you'd like to access your support requests through the Support Centre, please consider upgrading to a Jagex Account.
Third-party account logins
If you log in via Google, Apple, Steam or Facebook you won't see support requests tied to your Jagex Account.
To view your requests, log in directly with your Jagex Account email and password.
If you've logged in with a RuneScape account and are unable to log out, go to Active Sessions and press "End Sessions".
