Follow these steps to identify what accounts have an active subscription.
Can access account
If you have access to your accounts you can check if you have an active subscription:
- Log in to your Account settings
- If you're a member, on the right of the screen it will say when your membership expires
Unable to access account
If you don't have access to the RuneScape account:
- Locate your subscriptions by entering your contact and card information
- Manage any ongoing subscriptions
