Subscription Terms and Conditions
All 1, 6, and 12 month membership subscriptions will automatically recure and will re-bill around 72 hours before expiry to prevent any breaks in play.
All membership can be used across RuneScape and Old School accounts that use the same login.
- Key Payment Details
1. Unless otherwise stated, all payments and subscription costs shown for EU countries are inclusive of any applicable VAT or other taxes.
2. If you purchase a subscription or virtual content via a third-party platform e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Steam, you'll be charged via the payment method stored by that third-party and subject to their terms and conditions.
3. Payments made by credit/debit card are also subject to our credit/debit card terms; and the terms and conditions of the credit/debit card provider.
4. From time to time our subscription prices might increase. If this happens and you already have a subscription, don't panic your membership price is locked in and won't increase. If your membership lapses and you decide to start a new subscription you'll be charged the new rate.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you'll keep your members benefits until the expiry date of the current agreement. If you cancel your membership less than 3 days before expiry, you may still be charged and you may need to contact us for a refund.
Once your membership has expired, if no payment has been made to extend this, your account will revert to a free-to-play account & you will lose your members benefits.
- Right of Withdrawal
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please be aware that we won't be able to offer a refund if you've logged in and used the membership.
