A weak internet connection will result in lag and disconnections. Try connecting your device to a wired connection (mobile users can try switching between Wi-Fi and 4G).
If this resolves your connection issue, please speak to your Internet Service Provider about increasing your connection speed.

If this hasn't improved your connection issue, please continue.

Common Connection Solutions


Before you continue please make sure you've flushed your DNS cache.
Erasing the DNS cache will remove any invalid records and allow your computer to find the correct address the next time you try connecting to the website or the game.
