Purchased item is bugged

The Marketplace and Solomon's Store provide a preview and descriptions of all items. If your item appears different, try increasing your graphics setting.

Our QA teams work hard to ensure that all items are bug-free, but bugs do occasionally slip through the cracks. Please submit a bug report if you notice a graphical bug or something else wrong with your purchase. While we are unable to respond to bug reports, we do share weekly patch notes that include details on any fixes.
