Change the world the client connects to

Right click on the RuneScape client icon on your desktop.

Select "Properties" and look for the "Web Document" tab.

In this tab, you'll see a "URL" box, containing the line;

Change the 'www' to 'world1' (replacing 1 with your desired world). The line should now look like;

Select 'OK', and reopen the client using the desktop shortcut.

Head to start and search: 
%USERPROFILE%\jagexcache\jagexlauncher\oldschool

Open the file called "oldschool.prm" in Notepad

Look for the line that says:

Dcom.jagex.config=http://oldschool.runescape.com/k=3/l=$(Language:0)/jav_config.ws

Change the line to:

Replace ## with the world number you'd like to connect to. (e.g. oldschool6)

Save and close notepad editor.
