[05 July] Email ticket issues *resolved*

We've identified and resolved an issue that affected a small number of users, where email replies to support tickets were not received by our Support team.

Please hang tight if you've sent us an email and haven't received a reply yet! We will be replying to all affected users as soon as we can.

This does not impact the creation of new support tickets, logged in tickets, or other support channels.
