Typo in login email

If you accidentally entered a typo in your login email when creating your account, you may experience issues logging in and receiving emails from us.

What you need to do: 

1. Submit a Forgot Login ticket

  • Get in touch through Forgot Login so we can help you locate your account and tell you what your login email is. 
  • Login emails can't be changed, so you will always need to log in with the misspelled email address.

 2. Update your registered email address. 

  • As the email registered to your account has a typo, you will not be able to verify your email address.
  • Please submit an Account Recovery to update your registered email address.
