I can't find the RuneScape Bonds I purchased

Redeemed membership will be active on both RuneScape and Old School with the same login. 

If you wanted to purchase RuneScape Bonds from the website but can't find them in your Bonds pouch it's likely that you accidentally purchased Old School RuneScape Bonds by mistake.

Please note we're unable to help with Bonds traded on the Grand Exchange. 


FIND YOUR BONDS
To locate your Bond(s) follow these steps in game:  

  1. Login to the OldSchool RuneScape Client with the same login details you use for RuneScape
  2. If you haven't already, complete Tutorial Island
  3. Head to your Bond pouch (set_tab.png > Bond_pouch.png)

Can you see the Bonds you purchased? 

  • Yes

    It looks like you accidentally purchased the wrong type of Bond! We'll need to work together to fix this. Follow the final step and then get in touch:

    4. Hit 'Redeem membership' and redeem the Bonds purchased by mistake for membership.

    Once you've followed all the above steps, get in touch so we can remove the membership and place the RuneScape Bonds on your account. Please make sure you don't use the membership.

    Check any alternative accounts to make sure you didn't purchase them on the wrong account. 

    Still stuck? Your payment may have been unsuccessful. Check your bank statement to make sure the money was definitely taken from your account.
