I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Generally speaking refunds are only possible in cases where the package has been purchased in error and remains entirely unused. Request a refund and we'll be happy to see what we can do for you, but remember that Premier Club is a limited time offer that gives you the best value and additional perks.
Can I transfer Premier Club from one account to another?
Membership transfers are only possible in cases where the membership and none of the Premier Club perks have been used. Be sure to always double check you’re logged into the right account before making the purchase.
I’ve accidentally purchased a standard membership instead of the Premier Club package, what should I do?
Don’t worry, mistakes happen! Get in touch with our payment support team and they’ll be able to take a look into this for you.
I am an active Premier Club Silver user, can I still upgrade to Gold?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Premier Club Gold to receive all of the incremental benefits and additional membership. All you will need to do is cover the cost between the package you originally purchased and the price of the package you desire. You can upgrade using real life funds for RuneScape or Old School RuneScape.
Can I use Bonds to upgrade?
You can upgrade an active Premier Club Silver package to Gold as follows:

Will my Premier Club package automatically re-bill?
No - Premier Club purchases are one-off and will not automatically rebill. If you have a recurring membership subscription on your account at the time you make a Premier Club purchase, this will just push back you rebill date.
