Bought items on the wrong account
If you purchased RuneCoins or Keys on the wrong account by mistake, we will be happy to look into getting them transferred for you.

Please note, there are some circumstances where we will not be able to transfer items:
- They have already been used
- You would like to spread partial payments between accounts you own
- If your account is permanently banned
