I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally speaking though, refunds are only possible in cases where the package has been purchased in error and remains entirely unused. Get in touch with our support team and they’ll be happy to see what they can do for you, but bear in mind that you won't be able to repurchase the package.

I've purchased the package on the wrong account, can I have it transferred to the right one?
Membership transfers are only possible in cases where the membership hasn't been used at all. If you've purchased the package on the wrong account then avoid using any of the members' only perks and contact us right away.

I’ve purchased a regular membership instead of Summer Special, can I swap them out?
We're unable to offer straight swaps of membership packages, but we can assist with a refund on the unwanted regular membership. Simply purchase Summer Special on top of what you already have, get in touch with our payment team, and we’ll then be able to issue a full refund on your standard membership package, leaving you with just the discounted Summer Special!
