Missing Loyalty Points

Please confirm your membership has recently renewed and you are missing Loyalty Points.
Loyalty Points are added once a month on the date that your membership began. For example if you purchased membership on 1st January your Loyalty Points will be added on 1st February.


Loyalty Points will not be added if there is a break in membership. If your subscription hasn't lapsed and you still haven't received your Loyalty Points, please continue.
You can check when you'll be credited your Loyalty Points by logging into Solomon's Store and selecting 'My Account' in the top right corner.


Please allow 24 hours for your Loyalty Points to be added to your account after your membership payment has been taken.
