[Ongoing] - Player Support Response Times
Like most online services, we are currently experiencing a spike in demand for Player Support.
At present, this means that we might not able to get back to you within our usual response times.
Our Support Team is now working from home in line with Government health advice. Although this presents some challenges for us, the team are working hard to help as many players as they can and behind the scenes we are increasing the number of people who can provide Player Support so you don't have to wait too long.
If you have contacted us please sit tight. We know it might be frustrating to wait but we politely request that you don't send duplicated inquiries, as this will only increase the demand.
We are still experiencing high contact volumes and the demand for Player Support services is now about 40% higher than we would expect for this time of year.
We are doing all we can to help people as quickly as possible, and despite the challenges we face, 90% of the contacts we receive are still being completed within our usual response times.
To help further, we have now employed additional staff to join the team and as a result we are confident that we will begin to improve our response times shortly.
