Steam Payment Issues
If you are unable to complete an intended Steam in-game or Store purchase, please consider all of the following.
- Make sure you have cleared funds on the payment method you are using whilst making a Steam purchase
- Allow 1 hour for any confirmed successful Steam purchase to be delivered to your RuneScape account
- Check to see if Steam have made any announcements about issues or service disruptions
- Check to see if there are any known service disruption alerts on the RuneScape Support Centre
- If you are using a Steam Prepaid card, make sure you are doing so correctly
