If you are unable to complete a Steam in-game or Store purchase, please consider the following.

Quick Fixes

• Make sure you have cleared funds on the payment method you are using whilst making a Steam purchase 
• Allow 1 hour for any confirmed successful Steam purchase to be delivered to your RuneScape or Old School account
• Check to see if Steam have made any announcements about issues or service disruptions
• Check to see if there are any known service disruption alerts on the RuneScape Support Centre
• If you are using a Steam Prepaid card, make sure you are doing so correctly
