Login lockout restoration
If your account was affected by the Login lockout issue, restoring your account might not be the end of the story. Outliers are possible and certain things may not be perfect. We've promised to do our absolute best to put things right, and our aftercare process is here to help.

If you're still not able to log in just yet, don't panic! This is a gradual process that will take some time to get through. Affected accounts will be contacted as soon as they've been restored.

Please note: If we're unable to return exact items, we may return currency or materials as an equivalent replacement.
If you're not missing items but are experiencing unexpected behaviour in game, please provide detailed information in the description instead.
Please make sure to contact us using the login for the account that's been restored. If you're not able to log in it means we haven't gotten to your account just yet, but rest assured we're working towards it as quick and safely as we can.
Response times may be longer than usual depending on the complexity of issues.
