[30-Mar] Lockout account returns
The very first waves of returning players will be rejoining the game shortly, as accounts begin to become unlocked. Due to the complex nature of the task, we expect this to be a very gradual process to build confidence in the restoration method.
More players will have their accounts restored in coming waves, so please check this RuneScape News post to stay updated. Accounts in each wave will receive an email inviting them to log in, and so there shouldn't be a need to alert us until then.
If you haven't received an email and are unable to log in to your account, don't panic. Restoration is a gradual process that will take some time to get through, but rest assured we're working through accounts as quickly and safely as we can.
We've promised to do our absolute best to put things right, and our aftercare process is here to help. If you're back on your account but something doesn't seem right please let us know.
