Reset your network and devices

Rebooting your modem/router can improve speed issues. Rebooting clears excess information that’s stored in the cache and resyncs the hardware and software. 

To reboot

  1. Turn off all computers and devices connected to your modem/router 
  2. Turn off and unplug modem/router 
  3. Keep your modem/router unplugged for 60 seconds 
  4. Plug it back in and turn it back on - allow the modem/router to completely reboot until the connection lights show a steady connection before turning on your devices
