What is being retired?
With the changes being made to the 12-Month Membership package, the following are being retired:

What happens next?
Premier Membership purchased or rebilled before 30 March 2026
- All legacy benefits due to be retired will be removed from 30 March 2026
- Any outstanding Premier Monthly Drops or Tokens will be awarded to you automatically on 30 March 2026
12 Month Membership purchased after 30 March 2026
- The legacy Premier Benefits will no longer be included.
Bank Spaces
Previous Premier Membership players may already have these bank spaces permanently unlocked. If you were any of the following, your character will already have these bank spaces permanently unlocked:
- Existing Premier Member who logged in on or after the 3rd November 2025
- Players who have purchased Premier membership since 3rd November 2025, and have logged in
Players who were previously Premier Members but were not on the 3rd November 2025, will not have unlocked these spaces.
What happened to...?
- Treasure Hunter Keys
- Vault Access
- Premier Artifact
- RuneMetrics Pro discount
As of January 12th 2026, the Premier Membership no longer includes daily Treasure Hunter Keys. On January 19th 2026 all Treasure Hunter Keys were removed from the game.
In addition to these changes, Vault Access, Premier Artifact and the RuneMetrics Pro discount were all removed as part of our continued effort to improve RuneScape.
Grandfathered Rates
Only 1 month subscriptions started and maintained since before the 27th of September 2024 will be eligible to retain grandfathered rates.
