FAQs
How do Premier add-on subscriptions work?
The new 1-monthly and 6-monthly Premier add-on subscriptions are on sale to players who have either:
- More than 18 months stacked membership (who are unable to buy a new 12-month Premier Membership package)
- Already have an active recurring monthly (non-Premier) membership agreement
The Premier add-on subscriptions do not provide additional membership but give access to certain Premier rewards & monthly benefits – see the table above for limitations of the 'perks only' add-on subscription packages.
What are the Artefact boosts?
The Premier Artefact provides you with a selection of temporary boosts to choose from, each giving you an increase in your skilling activities.
The available boosts are:
- 10% increased XP from all normal sources
- One free Aura reset
- 50% chance to act like a Sign of the Porter
- 20% increased hitchance against enemies which are low on health (does not work in PvP) and a 10% chance that your Slayer task count will not decrease with each creature killed
You can use each of these boosts once per day, and they all last for one hour - aside from the Aura reset which has a one-time daily use.
Why am I receiving more than three daily keys?
Each day you log in you receive free keys:
- Non-members get 1 key
- Members get 2 keys
- Premier members get 3 keys
If you're receiving more than 3 keys it might be because you're enjoying a purchased Double daily keys package.
How do I get RuneMetrics Pro discount?
The 50% discount applies to new subscriptions set up to re-bill monthly or via bonds (where 1 bond will get you 2 months access).
If you already have an active RuneMetrics Pro subscription, simply head to our billing pages and select a new monthly subscription, which will be available to you with the relevant discount.
Why can’t I claim a monthly reward when I have active Premier Membership?
A purchase of the 12-month Premier Membership allows players to claim monthly rewards for 12 months, including the month the purchase was made.
For example, if Premier Membership was purchased in November, a user would be able to claim all monthly drops up until October the following year (12 in total).
To continue claiming monthly rewards, a user would need to purchase a new Premier Membership bundle.
If you have purchased a 1 or 6 monthly recurring Premier add-on subscription, you can claim rewards once per month whilst your agreement is active (once straight away, and then monthly after your subscription has rebilled).
If I buy Premier Membership before November, will I be able to claim the new cosmetic rewards from the new Premier Membership package?
We refresh the Premier Membership content around November each year, any user who still has active Premier Membership access on their accounts can claim the new cosmetic rewards.
Instant rewards (like loyalty points or Premier reward tokens) are only awarded upon the purchase or rebill of a new 12-month or 6 month Premier package.
