Not receiving emails
If you're not receiving or can't find emails from us follow these steps:
1. Make sure you're checking the correct email address
Check your Email Account Settings to see a hint to your registered email address.
2. Check your junk /spam folder

3. Add us to your contact list
Search your inbox for emails from us and add our email addresses to your contact list.
Email's we contact you from:
- @jagex.com
- @support.jagex.com
- @email.runescape.com
- @a.jagex.com
- @a.runescape.com
- @e.runescape.com
- @jagexsupport.zendesk.com
- @runescape.zendesk.com
4. Avoid these email accounts
Try to avoid using the following email accounts:
- University
- College
- School
- Work
- Temporary
Some institutions have strict spam filters in place that can prevent Jagex emails from reaching you: we recommend contacting your institution to query your email settings.
If you lose access to the email account, you may be unable to utilise any features associated with registered emails.
