Find Solomon's Store item – Support

When you make a purchase through Solomon's Store it will be added to your account immediately, if you're having trouble locating an item follow these steps.

Find a cosmetic
Here's how to find cosmetic items:


Locate the Customisation button on your ribbon.
The customisation screen will let you view: Wardrobe items Animation overrides Appearance overrides Titles Pets
If you can't see a Wardrobe item, make sure you've got all filters checked.

Find other items
If you're looking for another item here's where to check:


Auras	Select Worn equipment then Aura management and press 'Activate'.
Bank Booster +50	Immediately visible in your Bank interface.
Challenge gems	Found in your Backpack or Bank.
Emotes	Select Community and Emotes.
Keepsake keys	Select Customisation. Keepsake keys can be found in the top right.
Prismatic dye	Find the item in your wardrobe. Select the Prismatic dye in the top left of the preview window. Only certain items can be dyed.
