If you've mistakenly bought membership or other items on an account, we can look into transferring the entire transaction to the correct account.
To transfer a purchase:
- Purchases must have been made within the last six months
- Purchases must be unused
- Transactions must be transferred in their entirety and cannot be split across multiple accounts
- Purchases cannot be transferred from a permanently banned account
Please note that we're unable to transfer mobile subscriptions. Contact Google or Apple directly to request a refund or cancel a subscription before purchasing again on the correct account.
