If you have access to the registered email
If you have access to your registered email, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your email account settings
- Hit 'Change Email' to send a confirmation email to your current registered email address
- Click the link in that email and follow the instructions
If you don't have access to the registered email
You can see a hint to your registered email by logging in to your email account settings. If you don't have access to your email, please follow these steps:
- Create a recovery request using the correct login name or email for the account
- Choose 'contact Jagex support' when prompted
- Submit a recovery request
If you change your registered email your login name or login email will remain the same.
