Changing the registered email
If you have access to your registered email, follow these steps to update your email:
- Head to Change email and login
- Hit 'Change email' to send a confirmation email to the current registered email address
- Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to enter a new email address
Don't have access to the registered email?
If you don't have access to your registered email follow these steps to update your email:
- Create a recovery request using the correct login name or email for the account.
- Choose 'I don't have access to that email address' when prompted.
- Complete the web form supplying as much of the requested information as possible to verify account ownership.

Check your email for a reply
Your login name or login email will never change, even if you change your registered email.
