If the payment was successful but the item doesn't arrive within 24 hours, make sure you didn't make the purchase on the wrong account by mistake.
If you have an active subscription through Apple or Google, you cannot add more membership until the subscription has been cancelled or the membership has expired.
Additionally, each Apple or Google account can only have one active RuneScape subscription.
Visit the in game store
If you made your purchase via Google play, try visiting the in game store, you should receive a prompt to pick up your purchase. If after 72 hours the items are not delivered, Google will issue a refund.
