Common Mobile Payment Issues

Purchasing multiple subscriptions 

  • It's not possible to apply additional membership to your account or other accounts while you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play / Apple.
  • If you purchase a Google Play / Apple subscription on a second account, once the original membership expires the subscription will become active on the second account.
  • If you'd like membership on multiple accounts please purchase directly from our website.


"You are not eligible for any items in this category"

  • You might receive the above message if you have an active Google Play / Apple subscription on any of your accounts, this means you won't be able to purchase more membership via this method. 
  • If your account membership has expired but you're not able to purchase another membership package due to the above message, sit tight your membership will automatically rebill within 24 hours.

Membership / Item not added to account 

  • When you make a purchase through Google Play / Apple it can take up to 24 hours for the membership to be added to your account.
  • If you've purchased membership via Google Play / Apple but are unable to log into a members world, hold tight your membership should be added shortly.
  • If you've waited more than 72 hours, check your other accounts (including Game Center) to make sure you didn't purchase your membership on the wrong account by mistake.
  • If your Google Play payment was definitely successful, visit the in-game store and you should receive a prompt to pick up your purchase. Make sure you're logged into the same Google Play account that you made the purchase on. 

Refunds / Cancellations

  • If your purchase was made through Google Play / Apple we are not able to manage your payments. As this is the case, please get in touch with them directly to request refund or cancel your subscription.
