UK Data Subjects: Right to Complain to Us

If you are a resident in the UK and consider that we have infringed data protection law because of the way we’ve handled your personal data, you have a right to make a data protection complaint. This includes the way we’ve responded to a rights request, the security we use to store your information or how we’ve collected or used your information.

Do not sell or share my personal information To opt out of Jagex sharing your personal data specifically for advertising and marketing partners. We do not sell personal information as the term "sell" is commonly understood. We do use service providers to process your personal information for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, such as advertising and marketing (including marketing analytics). These may fall within the category of “a sale” under certain US State Laws.

California & Virginia residents

How long will the process take?

We aim to resolve most requests within 30 days of receipt, but in some more complex situations, this could be extended to 90 days.
