You can confirm if a payment has failed by checking your message centre. We will always send a message to confirm if the purchase went through or not.
If you have not received your items and the funds have been taken from your bank account make sure your purchase isn't on the wrong account.
Payment was unsuccessful
If your recent attempts were declined by your card issuer your payment may be shown as 'pending' or PA (pre-authorised) on your statement. Please note, your bank or card issuer can take up to 5 working days to return the payment.
