If when you try to recover your account you receive an error message stating "No accounts could be found", it's possible that you've forgotten your login name or email. In this case, you should follow the steps in our Forgotten login article to recover your login details.
If you're certain that you're entering the correct login information and are still unable to access your account, it's possible that your account has been hijacked and imported to a Jagex Account by a malicious third party. In this case, contact Jagex Support immediately so we can take action to secure your account.
