How to continue playing
There are several ways to continue your adventure with us even if your previous login method is not currently possible:
- Desktop players - Download the Jagex Launcher and Upgrade your Account
- Mobile players - Upgrade your Account
Affected Login Methods
The following login methods are not currently available:
- Facebook to access any client, platform or the RuneScape website.
- Apple and Google to login to the desktop game client
- Apple login on the Android game client
- Google login on the iOS game client
If Facebook was your only login method for your character, contact us here.
If you used one of the other methods to login, you will need to follow the advice above on how to continue playing.
