Bonds will automatically be added to your Bonds pouch, here's how to locate them:

You can redeem a Bond for membership which will be active on both RuneScape and Old School.
Can't find your Bond?
If you can't find your Bond it might be because:
- Your Bank or Inventory is full - try clearing some space
- Your payment was declined - follow our advice on making a successful payment
- You purchased the Bond on the wrong account
- You purchased a Bond for the wrong version of the game by mistake
- Try using the same login details to check both RuneScape and Old School RuneScape
- You redeemed a Bond, before 29th July 2024, for a 14 Day Membership Passcode by mistake, if that's the case visit your Message Centre and Redeem your Passcode on the desired account
Mistake with purchase?
If you bought an incorrect type of bond, we can transfer it to the correct game version. If you bought a Bond on the incorrect character we can help you too.
Please follow these steps before contacting us to make the process as quick as possible:
- If you accidentally bought a RuneScape bond: log in to RuneScape, click on the bonds pouch and contact us
- If you accidentally bought an Old School bond: log in to Old School, click on the bonds pouch then press "View Your Bonds" and contact us
Note - you must complete these steps for us to be able to remove the Bonds and complete the transfer to the correct game version or character.
