We want all members of our community to feel safe in our games! If you believe that you are being harassed, bullied or trolled by another player, we have features in place for your protection and peace of mind.
In game harassment
The following tools can be found in game:
| Hide online status | Set your online status to ‘Friends Only’ or ‘Hidden’ in the Chat window settings. This will prevent other players from seeing if you are in game, or your character’s location. |
| Profanity filter | If you don't want to see bad language in game you can turn on your profanity filter. |
| Ignore list | Add players to your Ignore List. Messages from players on your list will not be visible to you. |
| Report | Use the in game reporting function to report the harasser to us. |
Real-World Harassment
If the harassment you are experiencing in game has crossed over into the real world, or if you are concerned about your safety, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your local law enforcement.
We work closely with many law enforcement agencies and we will co-operate fully with any official investigation.
